Our PAIA manual is being finalised. You can currently send access-to-information and privacy requests to Dewald Johan Herselman at info@mpbroker.co.za.
This page is an interim contact and request guide, not the completed PAIA manual. Finalisation does not suspend any applicable obligation or create an extension of a statutory deadline.

Requesting access or correcting information
You do not need to wait for the manual to contact us. For a PAIA request, use the prescribed Form 2 linked below and email it to info@mpbroker.co.za. Identify the record, the right you wish to exercise or protect, why the record is required and your contact details. Include authority if acting for someone else.
For personal-information access, correction, objection or deletion requests, use the same contact address. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents; we may request proportionate verification.
Applicable fees, decision periods, extensions and lawful refusal grounds are governed by the relevant law. We do not impose a blanket access fee, promise unconditional disclosure or require you to waive statutory rights.
Guide, complaints and remedies
The Information Regulator provides the official PAIA guide, forms and complaints routes linked below. For private bodies, PAIA does not provide the same statutory internal appeal as for certain public bodies; applicable Regulator complaints and court remedies remain available.
Completing and making the required manual available remains outstanding. This temporary page is not a substitute for that requirement or proof of compliance.
