This notice protects the platform, application code, brand presentation, workflows, layouts, copy, visual design, compiled builds, and related product assets.
Platform ownership
My Personal Broker owns or controls the intellectual property in the platform design, software, source code, compiled Flutter builds, user interface, icons, workflows, database structure, document and claim flow design, brand assets, and product wording.
Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for authorised broker/client administration.
Restrictions
Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, duplicate, scrape, extract, fork, or use the platform or its design to create a competing product unless expressly authorised in writing.
Users may not remove copyright notices, branding, security controls, audit controls, or access restrictions from any part of the platform.
User and client content
Brokers and clients retain ownership of the underlying client records, insurer records, uploaded documents, claim attachments, logos, and other content they lawfully upload or enter.
By entering or uploading content, users grant the platform the permission needed to store, process, display, transmit, sign, and otherwise use that content for the requested platform workflow.
Feedback and improvements
Suggestions, feedback, workflow ideas, and improvement requests may be used to maintain and improve the platform without creating ownership rights in the platform for the person who provided the feedback.
